Next athletes graduate to small group exercises, where they make new connections while their exposed to new exercises.

FITNESS

Athletes finally graduate into our fitness level, where they keep increasing their fitness while working out with larger groups.

ONLINE LIVE WORKOUTS

Workouts are live and online through zoom.  Enjoy working out with friends from anywhere and anytime.

Our Story

Dante has a rare genetic disorder called Prader-Willi Syndrome. Getting Dante to be active has always been a challenge.
Now Dante is self-motivated and works out for an hour everyday. 150 workouts and counting!
