Let's Go Fitness Video Library

The videos below demonstrate the exercises that are included in the program.  Athletes start out with only 3 exercises and add new exercises as they improve.  Exercises are also modified based on the ability of the athlete.  Athletes start with light weights and safety is consistently stressed. ​
