How It Works

The Let's Go Fitness Program is divided into 3 phases which are:
  • Fun
  • Friends
  • Fitness

As athletes 'graduate' through each new level they learn a number of new skills and their accomplishments are recognized and celebrated.

#Fun

Fun first!

The first phase of the program is designed to ensure the athlete has fun working out.  The athlete works out individually with Dante and Mikhail. They ensure the athlete is engaged and learns the basics of working out. Athletes are instructed in proper form and safe fitness.

When athletes learn the proper form of the basic exercises they can 'graduate' to the next phase.

#Friends

In the second phase of the program athletes move into small groups.  The focus here is building out their social connections, while continuing to increase the number of exercises. Athletes are introduced to their fellow athletes and encouraged to provide support to the whole workout team!

When athletes are comfortable working out with a group and have a large base of exercises they 'graduate' to the final level.

#Fitness

The fitness level is where athletes focus on increasing their level of fitness.  Having fun and meeting new friends is still highlighted, but now athletes can start to see the increases of their own fitness level.

Athletes are not competing with each other, but instead focused on increasing their own capabilities, whether it's increasing exercises, repetitions or weights ... or simply just increasing the number of workouts completed.

When athletes are deemed ready by our instructors they will receive an online graduation ceremony, where we welcome any of their friends/family to join in a zoom meeting and see how far they have progressed.

Features

Picture
Online Workouts Using Zoom
Online workouts are scheduled using  Zoom.  Athletes will learn how to login, access their calendar and enter the Zoom meeting.
Picture
Guided Workouts 3 Times Per Week
Three times per week athletes will workout with an instructor. Each week the workout will be updated. Exercises will be added, modified or removed as the athlete progresses.
Picture
Individual Workouts Everyday
Optionally, sessions can be recorded so athletes can follow along and workout everyday. We've found regular workouts increase the formation of a habit. Athletes can watch themselves working out and follow along.

Join A Community
It takes a village.  Join our Facebook group and other social media connections to create a real community around our athletes. No one should have to do it on their own.
Picture
Healthy Role Models
Make healthy peer connections between athletes and fitness instructors.  Our fitness instructors set the example by working out and managing their diet, which leads to athletes creating a healthy lifestyle for themselves.
